The TriVistaUSA, LLC process starts with our up-front investment. Our Proprietary Discovery Process (PDP) has been meticulously crafted to leave you with a clear view of your exciting new renovation while bringing out all things hidden and forgotten; there may be options available to you that you never thought of, or other factors that can expand your dream, or shrink its cost. At no charge, we'll come and see your home, hear your dreams and communicate a plan of action. As sometimes tastes (or budgets) can change, we take pride in being able to present a multi-dimensional approach to your important new design. We'll present a host of options to you that include elements of style and taste - within budget.

Once we have a clear understanding of your ideas (and you like ours), we'll ask you to sign a Design/Build Agreement. This agreement allows us to begin the process of designing your renovation and providing you with a clear picture of what work will need to be done and the estimated cost for it. We measure your space(s) and take photographs, revise ideas and continue to hone solutions to meet your goals.

Next, we'll schedule a Design Presentation. In this presentation will be renderings of the finished space for you to see and critique, samples of recommended materials and finishes and an itemized budget based on our conversations to date. This is the phase of planning that we make a conscious effort NOT to rush; clients have the opportunity to carefully and calmly review their dream, in full color detail. Once this process is finished and the design is finalized, we move together to...

Construction Documents and Permits. Depending on the scope of your work, we need to submit plans to the local permit
board for approval. We at TriVistaUSA, LLC handle this entire process, which usually takes a few weeks (it's sort of like a trip to the Department of Motor Vehicles, yet amazingly, worse). Once we have approvals in hand (if we need them for your project), we
move to the next step:

Construction of Your Dream. This is where you will see the realization of "Our thoughtful design builds fine living." The Construction Process starts, and finishes on schedule. Clear and thorough communication about every aspect of the work will make you feel connected to the process but never bogged down by it. You'll know about every problem and its solution. And, until the last finish is in place: we are never satisfied until you are.
