Raised in the Washington, DC area, Louis’s early life was defined by sports, where he honed the leadership, teamwork, and discipline that would later shape his career. ​

After gaining strong management experience in the hospitality industry, Louis’ passion for transformation and problem-solving naturally led him to the world of residential construction. For the past 10 years, he has focused on design and build projects, specializing in delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations on time and within budget.

Louis’s leadership style is rooted in the values he learned as an athlete and coach—empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. His diverse background and ability to connect with people from all walks of life help him ensure smooth project execution and a positive experience for clients and teams alike.​ Outside of work, Louis is a proud husband and father to three young children.
