Born and raised in NOVA, Steve is our talented and tremendous Director of Build. He holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of South Carolina and is a NARI Certified Remodeling Project Manager. His experience covers a broad spectrum in the construction industry including: preconstruction engineering, wood restoration, windows, siding, and chimney services. His experience in these various areas has strengthened and developed his dedication to process and customer service.

Initially, Steve was drawn to the industry by the desire to improve the process of making something very complicated seem straightforward, all while adding value and personality to a home.  In his current role as our Director of Build, it is important to him to earn the trust from each of our clients so that they know we are the team that will be bringing them the highest quality service and product. He’s humbled by the opportunity to develop lifelong relationships with our wonderful clients and team members.

In his downtime, you’re likely to find our D.O.B. out on the town, chasing his toddler around and exploring new foods and restaurants with his wife and friends. Also an avid local sports fan, don’t be surprised if Steve chats you up about the Orioles, the Caps, or the Washington Football team!
