VIENNA, VA
A CASE STUDY ON HOW THIS PROJECT CAME TO LIFE

A Sunday Kind of Love
For this Vienna renovation in Arlington, our client was looking for a complete interior and exterior transformation that kept the old-world charm while ushering in a wave of modern and artistic design.
First Floor
To allow for more kitchen and dining room space, our team built an addition with lots of windows for plenty of natural light. Our personal favorite is the stone fireplace. Nestled in the heart of the client's living room, this fireplace captures a fusion of sophistication and craftsmanship.

An Artisan's Touch
This space simply says "cool". Everything from the
jade couch and the tiger rug to the statement art sculptures and prints. Our designers truly fell in
love with our client's vision and had a
blast bringing it to life.
Primary Bathroom
The bathroom simply takes your breath away. We created a layout that allowed for ample natural light, built a marble shower and a double vanity with symmetrical gold details. The centerpiece of the bathroom is the gorgeous freestanding tub.

Exterior
On the exterior, we tackled mismatched materials from past additions, bringing coherence with touches inspired by “Carmel-by-the-Sea”. The addition of a dormer in the primary bedroom and updates to the stucco and trim unified the home’s English Tudor style with its new character.
