CAREERS

BE PART OF AN AMAZING TEAM!

OFFICE ASSISTANT

As a small, highly collaborative team, we believe in “unreasonable hospitality”—anticipating needs before they’re voiced and creating a seamless, polished, and welcoming environment. We’re seeking someone with a strong administrative or client-facing background who takes pride in organization, professionalism, and creating a positive first impression. In this role, you’ll serve as the face of our company, welcoming clients and guests, managing calls and communication, coordinating schedules, supporting team operations, and ensuring every interaction and office experience feels intentional and well cared for.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly by supporting administrative tasks, maintaining an organized and guest-ready environment, assisting with internal coordination across teams, and contributing to marketing and operational efforts as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with professionalism and ease. This position offers valuable exposure to a high-end Design + Build process, hands-on experience in client service and operations, and the opportunity to grow within a creative, fast-paced environment. If you’re someone who enjoys being the person others rely on and takes pride in creating a well-run, welcoming space, we’d love to hear from you.

If you are interested, please send in your resume and cover letter to megan@trivistausa.com.

PROJECT DEVELOPER

We’re looking for a Project Developer who can guide prospective clients through the early stages of our design-build process—from initial inquiry to signed agreements. This role blends sales, relationship-building, and strategic thinking: you’ll qualify leads, conduct consultations and home visits, develop tailored proposals, and maintain consistent follow-up. You’ll also collaborate closely with our marketing team to refine targeting efforts, track performance metrics, and help plan events that generate new opportunities.

Just as important as what you do is how you work. We’re a tight-knit, team-oriented group that values accountability, clear communication, and a solutions-focused mindset. The right fit is someone who builds trust easily, listens well, stays organized under pressure, and adapts as the company evolves. You’ll work cross-functionally with design and build teams, help manage client relationships through the pre-construction phase, and play a key role in shaping a seamless client experience. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people on meaningful, long-term projects, you’ll fit right in.

ASSISTANT PROJECT ARCHITECT

Our work is large-scale, highly customized, and often spans several months to a year, so collaboration and the right team fit matter. We’re looking for an in-office Assistant Project Architect to support our design team in developing thoughtful, client-focused projects from early concepts through construction. In this role, you’ll produce drawing sets, assist with field measurements, coordinate meetings, and collaborate with architects, clients, and vendors to keep projects moving forward on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable engaging directly with clients throughout the design process. You’ll help lead meetings, document decisions, support design development, and ensure plans align with both client expectations and local code requirements. Proficiency in Revit, a degree in Architecture (or related field), and at least 1–2 years of professional experience are required; experience in a design-build environment is a plus. This is not a remote position. To apply, email your cover letter, salary range, and PDF resume with “Assistant Project Architect” in the subject line—complete applications only will be considered, and all inquiries will remain confidential.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a seasoned Residential Lead Carpenter / Construction Project Manager with 20+ years of hands-on field experience—not just managing projects, but actively building them. This role requires deep expertise in construction methods, materials, and execution, with responsibility for leading residential projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and inspections while coordinating internal teams, trade partners, and clients to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of leading both people and projects with confidence and clarity. You’ll manage job sites, maintain clear client communication, track costs, handle change orders, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget—all while fostering a positive, “raving fan” client experience. This role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership of outcomes, and consistently deliver high-quality results while contributing to a strong, team-focused culture.
