TriVistaUSA Easy-As-Pie Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by TriVistaUSA, LLC, located at 3103 10th Street N, Suite 200, Arlington, VA 22201.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of TriVistaUSA, LLC, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes will be held during the Arlington County Fair on:

• Start: Friday, August 15, 2025
   

• End: Saturday, August 16, 2025
  All entries must be received by 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time on August 16, 2025.
   

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit the TriVistaUSA booth at the Arlington County Fair and complete the official entry form with your name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is only accepted in person at the event.

5. PRIZES

A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded in reverse order as follows:

• Third Prize: $20 gift card to Kaldi’s Social House (approximate retail value: $20)

• Second Prize: $40 gift card to Kaldi’s Social House (ARV: $40)

• Grand Prize (First Prize): Smart toilet seat (ARV: $350)
   

Total ARV of all prizes: $420. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random drawing at approximately 2:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the TriVistaUSA booth. The drawing will be conducted in reverse order (3rd to 1st prize). Winners do not need to be present to win.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form. If a selected winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PUBLICITY

By entering, participants grant TriVistaUSA, LLC permission to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TriVistaUSA, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from entry or use of a prize.

10. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any and all disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Arlington County, Virginia.
