Joe Bartolo

Project Developer

Joe Bartolo is a natural-born builder and designer with a special knack for turning ideas into stunning realities. As a Project Developer at TriVistaUSA Design, Joe brings an unbeatable blend of creativity and practical know-how to the home remodeling scene. From the blueprint to the final nail, Joe's got his eye on both the big picture and the tiniest details - a skillset he’s honed through years of experience and a lifelong passion for building.

Growing up in Syracuse, New York surrounded by a pack of St. Bernards, Joe discovered his love for hands-on construction early on; while other kids were playing in forts, he was more interested in constructing them. That creative spark led him to study architecture at The Catholic University of America, where he also strengthened his leadership skills as president of the club lacrosse team and commodore of the sailing team. This was alongside working at his grandfather’s construction company, where he absorbed everything from earthwork and carpentry to plumbing, electrical work, concrete, and fixture installation.

Fast forward to today, Joe stands out for his ability to see a project from both sides, combining a creative designer’s vision with a builder’s functionality. In addition, his calm demeanor in a crisis (former lifeguard) and knack for finding the silver lining ensure that every project runs smoothly, no matter the challenges. Overall, Joe sees the art and potential in every detail, keeps a firm pulse on authenticity, and loves nothing more than being able to create designs that feel just right for his clients.

When he’s not helping clients design dream spaces, Joe embraces his adventurous side. Weekends might find him exploring new parts of the city with friends, indulging in a lazy brunch, or planning his next travel escapade. In fact, Joe has set his sights on making 2025 the year of epic getaways – even if it’s a quick jaunt to a new city.
