Professional Remodelers Organization: Remodeler of The Year - Best Basement Over $150K
Nothing says potential like a big, blank space, which is one reason why our designers had so much fun with this basement remodel. We loved finding inspiring and creative solutions to make a multifunctional space for this family to enjoy. From the gorgeous tilework behind the bar, the spacious laundry room to the super-cozy reading nook and the professional grade home gym, we wanted to add premium touches around every corner. Although the greatest reward was seeing how much our clients loved their new basement, we’re pretty proud of the extra recognition, too!
Professional Remodelers Organization: Remodeler of The Year - Best Residential Addition Over $500K
With a color palette like this, we’re pretty sure we know why this modern farmhouse earned us a blue ribbon! From an appealing two-toned backsplash in the kitchen to a picturesque reading nook and even a sweet nursery, we love how all the little details throughout this addition work together to create one cohesive home. Although this house’s footprint is now much larger than it was before, we were still able to make it feel like a relaxing, welcoming space that’s perfect for gathering.
Professional Remodelers Organization: Remodeler of The Year - Entire House Over $750K
Our long-term client asked us to transform their entire new space atop the Ritz Carlton in Washington, D.C., into a luxurious retreat that felt like a 5-star hotel. With no detail ignored, we completely rebuilt this space using the most beautiful materials and accents we could gather. From ceilings treated with Venetian plaster and structural columns integrated seamlessly within the flow of the home, to a striking shower stone cascading down the bathroom wall, we were able to create an environment of supreme luxury that was everything our client wanted.
