A Northern Virginia native through and through, Roger Rohrbaugh brings decades of hands-on construction experience to the TriVistaUSA team. After graduating from George C. Marshall High School, Roger jumped straight into the trades, working for his father’s company before eventually starting his own business as a lead carpenter in 1990. Just two years later, he earned his Class A Contractor’s License, which he still holds today!

Throughout his career, Roger has worked on everything from commercial buildings to the restoration of older homes throughout McLean and Alexandria. His years in the industry have shaped his collaborative approach to project management. He values listening to different perspectives, working well with others, and always bringing a strong work ethic to the job.

At his core, Roger describes himself as project-oriented with a servant’s heart and a desire to help others. His Christian faith is also an important part of his life and has helped shape the values he brings to both his personal and professional relationships.

Outside of work, Roger is a proud husband, father of two, and grandfather of one. Having called Northern Virginia home his entire life, he brings not only extensive construction knowledge to TriVistaUSA, but also a genuine connection to the communities we serve.
