This family was in need of a total functionality refresh on the first and second levels of their home to better accommodate their growing family's needs. We constructed a two-story addition that invited a new floor plan to each level.

 

By opening up the first floor, the updated airy kitchen now flows more naturally into the dining and living space with a more easy and breezy feel. The second floor's new master suite is just so calming and heavenly with the high ceilings and the added light from the skylight in the new bathroom. You'll notice purposeful pops of blue throughout the space that wonderfully ties each room together.
