Keep it coming

They needed more space. The kitchen was tiny, a problem for an accident-prone rocket scientist who loves to cook. So they decided on a small addition. That grew.

And grew.

And grew.

As the project ballooned, we came up with creative ways to meet timing and cost challenges. Strips of trim imitate fancy crown molding, and new vinyl windows and vinyl insulated siding help keep the house at her preferred 74 degrees. To meet their space needs we expanded the kitchen and added a mud room, a new girl’s bathroom and master bed and bath, all with radiant heat floors to keep things comfortable.
